A) Wikipedia is horrible.  Absolutely horrible.

I'm sure everyone's seen the diagram where someone starts on an article with perfectly reasonable intent, then ends up in all sorts of other places?

Today I started with the Zipper (Akron claims it as a local invention, as does Chicago.  Apparently the guy who invented the first thing that vaguely resembles the Zipper was born in Chicago, but invented it in Akron.  Which is all a moot point, because his design was flawed, and was corrected later by a Canadian.) and ended up on the article that lists Sidekicks.

B) The weekend in Chicago was rather interesting, all in all.  Found a wonderful Arcade, where I could easily spend a whole day and mountains upon mountains of nickels.  Played some StarCraft, chatted, and otherwise just had a nice, relaxing weekend.  I think the best part, though, was having drd2be read me the first Harry Potter book in the car.
